Sound volume setting is not honored during load screen

• yes, every time the sim loads. version 1.1.10.0

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• Music and UI volumes are both set to 0, depressing funeral music starts playing when sim starts to load and mutes when the yellow start button appears. Sometimes a sim update will cause the loading music to observe the music setting, then the next sim update will break it again. The only thing that always works to fix it at the moment is muting the appropriate MSFS2024 process in the volume mixer while the sim loads, then finding it again in the 14 or so MSFS2024 entries in the volume mixer and unmuting it once the sim is ready.
