At airport RK0F … must be some old DARPA experiment left over from the war.
Korea’s topography and DEM accuracy are limited, moreso as you get closer to the contested border. Not a surprise given the political situation over there. I don’t expect that the information won’t get better until agencies who have the better terrain data decide it’s appropriate to release.
