They answered clearly enough, all projects are on HOLD that means no progress untill they know what 2024 holds instore.
Id be pretty spikey too if i was asked the same question repeatedly in a short space of time.
As for them OWING you updates, they dont owe anyone any info until they decide to release it.
All your doing is asking " are we there yet, are we there yet, are we there yet, are we there yet?"
