There’s no simple system that i know of.
I’d assume you would search for the same profile and compare with the version number thats available on the online profile tab. But that is invalidated the moment you modify a downloaded profile.
Thats why I tend to post a reply in this thread when I update a profile, so people can go fetch the latest version, and quickly find it with the profile number.
