Has anyone ever used the Y key to pause the sim then the 8 on the num pad and that puts you in warp speed in the sim.
I did not originally set that up it was just there, now its gone after I changed the some settings in the num pad . Now I would like to get it back but don’t know how.

Slew is still there. I just used it last night to speed up some long transit legs. Y is still the correct key assuming it wasn’t reassigned to something else.
yes , When I press the Y key it pauses the sim, but when you then press the 8 key on the num pad it speeds up the sim, my problem is when I press the 8 key nothing happens and it should
Make sure NUM LOCK is ON. And confirm the commands are still mapped in Control Options.
yes it is on have tried quite a few things
to check in control options should I be looking for slew mode and then see if the Y and 8 are in there
got it fixed, wrong settings in slew mode

You also might want to use Sim Speed, which allows you to do 2x, 4x, 8x, and I think 16x (thought the last two can be rather unstable). I use it all the time for long flights.
