Speed Breaks can be deployed even if no electrical/hydraulic power

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Start at any airport in cold & dark mode with any of the 3 mentioned aircraft. Deploy/retract speed breaks using joystick toggle or clicking on the speed break lever inside the cockpit, then go to the outside view and you’ll see the surfaces corresponding to speed breaks moving. It should not be possible since there is no power/hydraulic. This issue does not happen with the b747 & a310

Additionally, this applies to the control surfaces as well. In real life, in the A32N for example, none of the control surfaces should work. See the two screenshots.

How it should be:

As you can see, the elevators, alerions, and rudder are in an unmoveable position, relaxed as I say.

However in the default A320neo:

The control surfaces work. They should not

Just adding more info to this-but as Demented Corn said the speed brakes should also not work  just saying that as there are no hydraulics nothing else should work.
