Speedlink Black Widow not adjustable

Hello.
My Joystick (Speedlink Black Widow) is recognized as USB-Game-Controller, but cannot be used. There is no assignment visible and I cannot change / adjust anything (The device is marked with an “?”).
Windows knows the joystick and can calibrate it.
Xplane 11 works fine with it.

Am I doing something wrong or is the Joystick just not compatible to MSFS ?

Axis and buttons have to be assigned manually, there are videos on here to show how. I do however have an issue with the throttle. It only operates at the end of the movements e.g. 1/4" at either end of the axis. This makes control almost impossible. It works fine in X-Plane.
