Speeds of aircraft on globe map seem inherits globe rotation speed and have insane altitudes

Description of the issue:

When you click on an aircraft flying east (with the rotation of the planet), it seems to take the aircraft speed + the speed the Earth is spinning, creating reported speeds of 1000+ kts

Aircraft heading west it is subtracting, showing lower numbers.

Heading north and south shows accurate numbers.

Tested with players while watching them on the map.

The altitudes of RL aircraft are also showing crazy high numbers, which is likely why we cant see them in flight because they are too high above us, as if there is some multipliers going on. RL aircraft are hovering 10-20 ft in the air at airports, so might have a 3x multipliers somewhere that makes them fly higher then normal.
