Spinning hour glass/bad stutter

I have just done a fresh install with no mods in the community folder to rule out any possibility’s,

When i select a320 default or fbw version in vr using oculus rift s, i get the hour glass constantly causing very bad stutter until i get away from the gate or get in the air, performance is so bad that it is a struggle to click and select buttons inside the cockpit.

Before the world update 4 it ran fine without any issues and all ga aircraft still seem to be fine.

Does anybody else suffer these issues?

I had a flight like this recently in the a320nx and rift s. I left the sim alone for a few days, seems fine now. Maybe it’s route related or how fast the WiFi is

seems to be fine if multiplayer is off possibly related to known issue : * Custom liveries cause stuttering in Multiplayer. We are currently investigating this issue.
Workaround: From the WORLD MAP menu, select the FLIGHT CONDITIONS button in the upper right corner. In the MULTIPLAYER category select OFF (GROUP ONLY) and make sure to only use standard liveries. Note: If you are flying with someone who has a custom livery, you may experience stuttering.
