ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Missing tilt of some aircraft and spring arm of external view camera can make it nearly impossible to control aircraft. The external view camera is not directly tied to the plane. The camera is applied to a spring arm that is attached to the plane. The camera tries to follow a locationof the plane (usally behind) that takes a couple of seconds (as demonstrated in the video). Some aircraft, like the Erickson Incorporated S-64F Skycrane are hard to control, are even untilted, causing a lot of input and corrections by the pilot, causing the camera to wildly flow around the plane, makes control very hard , even unpossible.
Not the aircraft is bouncing → the camera is bouncing.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- E.g. get a mission for aerial construction
- Skip until to the pickup step
- When trying to reach the pickup, you will see the camera is bouncing around, and you see the aircraft from the side instead from behind, because of a delay up to 3 seconds the camera spring arm takes to follow to this location. I have not found settings to reduce this time.
