Square / grid pattern on ground textures when getting close to surface

Brief description of the issue:

A repetitive square or grid patterns when very close to ground, particularly mountains regardless if there’s snow or not, but much more visible in snow or plain textures. Happens with either DX11 or DX12.

First one is near the peak of Mount Rainier, second and third around Courchevel

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

Not relevant, but AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, GTX 2060 12GB, 32GB RAM, 300mbps internet connection, MSFS installed on its own SSD.
