It was there before the very latest patch. I was just using the camera drone to find my place tonight and saw a 2001 Space Odyssey style monolith off in the distance 
Ahhh… I think the sim disabled photogrammetry saying my data stream was weak. But I turned it back on. Well maybe it didn’t render in properly under that scenario?
I’ll look at it again tomorrow
