I can’t believe it’s 3 years later and
Premium Plane are not
Saving is still not working corectly
Landing and Taxi lights are still unuseable
Logbook is a catastrophy
just to mention 4 of what I considered “easy” fix’s

I don’t find in the sim (Xbox) the way to keep in memory the exact place (airport & parking) I leave my plane. The idea could be to have a specific function in the map menu, to go directly to this place without to find the airport, zoom on in and find the right parking or register somewhere the place we are before to leave the flight … and in this case how i can have the info of the number of the parking, précision, I flight on GA airplane and use litle airport.
Tank you
I have noticed that the new add on “Flow” by parallel 42 is now available on Xbox and was wondering if by having it installed will it provide a work around of the menu bars non functionality after saving a flight.
It does not save everything. I lost the flight plan a few times and had to enter it again.
Would love to see that feature soon, really miss it. A basic continue with live weather and time would be sufficient for now
Yes, that would be fine.
Unfortunately, I’ve never heard or seen any official response or statement to that matter… and it’s been quite a while since I started this thread. ![]()
Hello is there somebody (a pilot in the MSFS2020 ?) ? Anyone from MS or Asobo to give some answers to this topic ? Thank you.

When Wishlist topics get enough votes to be in the top 47 they are shown in the Development Update Feedback Snapshot section. The feedback/response to Wishlist topics can be seen there.
The current vote requirement to get a Wishlist topic listed and subsequently receive feedback is 352 votes.
Thank you for the information! So about 50 more votes to go… would love to see an official response to that matter since - for me - it really does break immersion for journeys like World-trips or such…
I would really like this to be added, most of my flying is bush flying in and out of remote airstrips with some off airport landing thrown in.
It would be fantastic if I could save and quit when I stop playing late at night and then load in the next day with everything exactly as I left it, with real weather and time active, as if I’d camped there overnight or stayed the night in a local hotel!
This is why I bought the //42 camp out mod, hoping to do exactly that ( sadly it doesn’t).
I’m doing a Cardiff to Cape Town trip, in a C170b. It’s unsurprisingly a long way and airports are quite spaced out in Africa. So sometimes I have to park in a field and call the bush rats fuel service for a top up. Luckily I always carry some sausages and charcoal onboard.
How do you do this in OnAir? I always manually load the flight/location in the sim and then connect to onair where it loads weight, fuel, etc. Is there a way to do this the other way around?
And here I thought flying across Canada in Comanche was a long haul!!! At least there are many tiny airfields enroute!
PS: we carry back-bacon and beer in Canada. ![]()
I only fly the glider and would be happy if it only remembered my departure location and weather settings. There are 3 saved, but it has saved none of the locations after that.
Also, I have been unsuccessful, despite multiple
attempts, to load other gliders like the Discus 2c. I put all of the extracted files in the Community folder but it never shows up in my hanger.
I would like to see aircraft exist in the MSFS universe at a persistent location between sessions, as well as persisting tail numbers and settings. Opening up the World Map could show where my fleet of aircraft are. There’s several reasons for this:
Of course, you should still have the ability to spawn the aircraft anywhere on a whim.
I would like to see if you fly type A aircraft into an airport and you park it. Then use aircraft type B from the same airport, you should see aircraft A parked in the spot where you left it as part of the generated traffic. That would be a cherry on the cake.
100% agree, and I personally wish this was the default way the sim worked.
Yes that would be great wouldn’t it?
It would add so much more immersion to the sim. Is it really that difficult to implement?
Does anyone remember where I parked? ![]()
Check out “Where Are My Aircraft” by Lorby, does exactly this.
