Start screen with xbox controller after sync error

I started FS2020 and got an error that communication with the cloud was impossible. Strange. my internet ik ok etc. Restartin the same message. So I decided to fly without the internet connection. Ik got a startup screen with a picture of the the xbox controller and was asked to set some settings. Like i was a new user. What can be wrong?
In windows you can start an applicatiob as an admin. I remember now doing that. But changing back to my regular account directly after.
