Ive had this since installation on new PC.
Tried all the suggestions on their app - none work.
You could try these which didnt work for me but might for you

Before I start MSFS I go into the MS Store - I log out and log back into my account until I see my avatar. After this procedure, MSFS starts up for me without a problem.

Thank you very much. I am sorry to hear that the problem persists for you. That‘s bad. For me, luckily, it has already resolved itself. The only thing I did, was reboot the system again and log out of and then back into the XBox app. Maybe that had nothing to do with it, but MSFS is loading again right now.
