StemVR screen greyed out after reconnecting QUEST 2

So I guess most people don’t wear their HMD on the entire 1~2 hours of flight.
I don’t either.

After I take off, I put off my Headset and it automatically sleeps after 5 minutes or so.

Then I put it back on to reconnect, I hear the sound but the screen is greyed out.
So I tried to quit and restart steamVR and I get CTD. I lost the entire flight!!!
I am using Oculus Quest 2 + Virtual Desktop.

Does anybody have similar issues?
