Fresh install of Windows fixed Transaction Window. Was the only thing I had not tried. Suppose I was due anyways but yeah. Now if I can only find a new stable Nvidia driver, I keep crashing and stuttering oof. Oh well least I was able to purchase the ATR on release. Even if I did not sleep for two days 
Need way more coffee today… ATR calling me. Fly safe all…
