I have seen multiple cases where having it installed either from the market place or outside is causing CTDs. Completely remove it, along with everything in your community folder. Also check for hidden folders in your community folder.
Edit: my best guess for how it can cause crashing when it is simply installed and not in use is that it can spawn as other planes in game and when it does it crashes the game.
This, FBW was causing all the crashes for me, I uninstalled it and everything works fine now.
Also some liveries were causing crashes.
I did a complete re install of msfs and then installed the Dev version of fbw no liveries installed, and it is still producing CTD. All the other default aircraft seem ok. I’ve tried various airports and even starting in flight so far always crashes, so definitely still issues there
Are you saying you still have it installed, and after getting crashes? If so, you need to remove it
100% agree.. FBW is causing the some of the crash..
It has started to work …
All I did was turn off traffic and then turned it back on, no idea if this had any impact
