Strange IA in Dubai (no houses but harbours)

I just flew over Dubai and noticed something a little bit strange.
On these pics we can see the IA didn’t recognizes any houses, but there is an harbour !!

Since 2 weeks I am used to see harbours not recognized appearing “under the water” all accross the world. Do you think this one is handcrafted ? If yes, why here with no houses around ; if no, why are 99% of others harbours not recognized ? :thinking:

Really hope more harbours will appear in the future :blush:

That looks like Dubai to me. I don’t know there’s anything like this in Bali.
