Ok I am using the exurnal view doing some sight seeing and using the defaut shift+insert keys to move the heading around…well sometime it gets stuck in a loop heading goes around and around then my keyboard stops responding altogether the cursor turns fat and Nothing in game works anymore..can’t select anythingi must quit and restart any suggestions

I just experienced the same problem.. I finally had to alt F4 out.. I’ve found no answers.
Happened to me too. Frequently. Instead of exiting the game, I’ve found that cycling through the Windows key twice will bring back keyboard control. It seems to be related to some kind of loss of window focus. I hope this helps.

Also on this topic, I’ve also come to accidentally find out that cycling the Control key also makes the rest of my keyboard work again.
I found this by trying to remap a keyboard key and the left Control key kept getting pressed without me doing anything. I ran some tests to see if my keyboard was the problem and it wasn’t (I tried 3 keyboards). It’s almost like MSFS is pressing the key itself. Strange.
