Even if your community folder is empty, in order to make sure all your addons (some could be located in the official folder) are disabled, could you start in safe mode ?: once in the regular MSFS mode, killed MSFS.exe through Windows Task Manager and restart, you’ll get the safe mode option. Then test again.
