Can soneone help me woth this?
Issue started this morning and I have no clue.
I restarted the PC and issue initially disappeared but then happened again after a while.
Turn on vsync.
It is on. Always been! I also notice the issue on the msfs menus transitions and on some desktop application. Looks like a monitor issue or maybe something to do with connections? Never experienced this before
There’s nothing wrong with your monitor. I have the same problem with G-sync from time to time and it’s random. This happens because Windows does not always detect MSFS window properly and therefore v-sync is not activated.
In most cases switching from full screen to windowed and back to full screen fixes the problem but in other cases the window won’t be detected anymore and you will need a complete game restart.

Something does not look right
There is some strange effect going on
This could be caused by the cable but the effect on the first video is clearly v-sync not being engaged. So that one is not HW related.

I have the same problem since a few days. I reverted from Framegen for RTX3000 cards to “normal” and wanted to apply the settings that i had before:
VSYNC Control Panel: OFF
VSYNC MSFS2020: ON
but i still get tearing, even though developer mode says “tearing forbidden”
