Strange "terrain?" issue near Madrid

Look at the Pic, what is this? its about 50-100NM from Madrid,

but you can see it from the Airport… looks like a lightbeam, but closer, I guess it has something to do with terrain?

I do not have any addons installed for the Region

any Ideas?

I tried to duplicate this recently and it never showed. Based on your comment, one thing I’d recommend is that any add-ons don’t have to be for that specific region to cause problems. I saw a thread the other day with an add-on that appeared to have no relationship to the problem, but turned out to cause the issue.
I’d recommend trying it without loading any add-ons and see if the issue goes away, and then troubleshoot which add-on is causing the issue.
