Struggling with GNS530 mod

Hello There
I just downloaded the GNS530 mod and I’m having a bit of a hard time here. I understand it must be me - but how?

OK - some of the issues I am facing:

  1. I cannot increase / decrease the range on the map with the usual buttons - it does not work
  2. When I switch NAV-pages the NAV-Page-Indicator does not work - it always shows “last page” or so
  3. Weather-Page (3rd page?) - it says I can change with Enter the mode - it click on ENT but nothing changes
  4. When flying the GPS does not show my plane on the GPS flight path - it seems as if the page is just a picture - no update nothing

At this point I gave up tbh. I tried both with the Asobo Cessna 175 (not the G1000 one ofc) and the EMB 110 which is also using the GNS530/430 stack. Both the same issues.

So - what am I doing wrong here?

I have this issue but only sometimes. I restart the sim and it is fixed…or not.
I have gave up using glass cockpit and gps in msfs. No one deserve to be used seriously.
