So what do we do now? Im in game finally, and stuck at a spinning wheel showing “customize identity”.
Like, what do we do now? wait or what?

Cross your fingers and hope it does not lead to Server Issue ![]()
Been in the queue for over 30 minutes now. Perhaps bc the queue is an (not that successful) attempt to unload the sever bottleneck.
no does not work
abe been waitng for 4.5 hours now
You are not alone. I am officially giving up after 5 hours
They shouldve ran open betas on both pc and consoles to clog up the servers and be ready for today.
So after quitting work for the afternoon and going to empty the dishwasher, I dropped my favorite coffee mug.
There’s a metaphor here somewhere, I’m sure.
I’ve been loading some salty language myself for hours now.

They should have enought experience to predict this. Not pretty plausible that most people bought the game this day. So the numbers of purchases might have been a nice indicator…
I got to setting up profile and then nothing … took me from 4.15gmt to 7.00 to get to tgst … waited 30mins then restarted
No idea where I am now … it’s bloody awful … looks like I’m back at 0%. It nit sure if that’s to get in … then after 10mins get server error — this is a monumental ■■■■■ by Microsoft !!!
No it’s just a fancy error message
For the second time now, moved on from the login queue to the loading screen not moving at all before giving me a server connection error screen.
I’m not annoyed at the login queue, not the first time I have experienced one for a big event in a popular online game. I am however used to queue screens giving some sort of useful information about progress in the queue, and that when I get out the queue, that things progress as they should, not tell me the server is unavailable. This is now starting to feel more like an server unavailable screen.
The queue page is fake.
I restarted multiple times until I immediately entered the game.
One word……NOPE!
Amazing!
Maybe, now someone starts to work SERIOUSLY to solve this.
Game was roasted 5 hours after launch. CONGRATS Asobo!
Microsoft state the problems are due to ‘‘With so many users initializing the sim concurrently, we have a large number of server requests.’’ Oh so they did not expect this perhaps? Poor show and grim start to the new sim.
