1.29.28.0 cant go pass checking for updates, community folder is empty, tried logging on xbox again etc..
At some point I had a similar issue and what fixed it was to go into the advanced options of the Gaming Services app and hit Repair. The reboot.
I did not have to use the reset option but you might want to try that too in case the above does not help. Just remember it clears your sign-in details
