My loading bar screen looked like this for some reasom, didn’t change at all like usual. Loaded for AGES and now it’s stuck at 100%:

Full reinstall should never be the answer, ever, especially if your ISP gives you a data cap/allowance.

You should always check the forums for trouble reports before reinstalling! That’s a lot of wasted time on your part for no gain.

Stuck on ‘checking for updates’, again (MSFS 2020), UK.Tried it through VPN in different countries. Looks like its global.
According to the ‘status’ report on this forum’s home page, there is nothing wrong. Plenty of reports on DownDetector though.
Don’t know what’s happened to the MSFS department lately. Gone down the toilet by the look of it.
