Could be. I just hope that problem won‘t be fixed right now, since it allows me to „fix“ my XBox fairly quickly. 
Downloading the entire reserved space again takes half a day. Next Tuesday I will see how many add-ons I have to delete in order to install WU13 and still have a working system.
