So I’m having issues with downloading my game it keeps getting stuck on decompressing files everytime I’ve had to install the game, can someone please help as this is really starting to aggravate me 
This happened to me on the same file over and over on the last World Update. One of the fs_base files. I just had to forcibly end the update, reboot, and try again and it went through.
Yea my issue is with the whole games it’s self constantly doing it, I’ve turned off my firewall and everything, even disconnected USB’s that are not needed and it still gets stuck, it’s not like it gets stuck on the same file for me ether, I’ve seen it getting stuck on multiple
When this happened to me two updates ago, I had to end the update, pause my antivirus software (both Avast and Malware Bytes, but didn’t troubleshoot which was the culprit), then restart the update. This ended a perpetual: download > decompress 95% > auto-restart download > decompress 95% > auto-restart download > …
Of course, unpause your antivirus software after success or continued failure.
