Stuck on "downloading fs-base-0.1.66.fspatch", it keeps switching between 1%-0%. I've been downloading this game for 4+ hours and now this happens

We all are in the same problem and MS doesn´t say anthing. Annoying!

Close the installer, go to the download location and delete that file then restart the installer.
