Stuttering and lag issues

MSFS is always lagging very hard, especially when I’m coming in to land after a longer flight. And every time I try to move the camera the game freezes for 1-2 seconds or just stutters. I have selected High-End settings but that doesn’t help anything. For example, when I’m on final approach the game tends to lag and often freeze everything for several seconds, even with satelite imagery and photogrametry turned off. I don’t know if it’s my RAM (because it’s almost at max capacity) or the WiFi (quite unstable since I don’t have a direct but wireless connection.

My specs:
RTX 3060Ti OC (8GB)
16 GB RAM
i5-10400
2 TB storage

If that 2TB is HDD then you might want to think about upgrading to SSD. They do not have to be big so long as you are prepared to transfer mods as you need.

E.g. it could look something like this (assuming mainly for MSFS)

  1. 500GB SSD Windows and programs (including MSFS install)
  2. 500GB SSD MSFS Official folder and your Community (with only your most used mods and symbolic links to your main storage mods).
  3. 2TB HDD main storage
