Interesting thread - I have exactly the same problem after upgrading from a 10900k/RTX 3090 PC to a 13900k/RTX 4090. Doesn’t seem to be a frame rate problem as my frame rate never drops below 40 with everything really cranked up and my Varjo on 39. Also I notice no improvement with the latest Varjo base (3.9.0.10). I’ll try using my ethernet cable instead of WiFi, as that is much faster. Hoping to see an improvement because the stutters/jumps are really quite annoying!
