Btw - the spikes in your ethernet graph look normal - you typically don’t see an even graph as processing is going on throughout that time also. Looking at this from a different angle, a simmer previously complained about Microsoft’s poor servers as he was getting a lot of stutters. He even posted his Ookla speed test results (see below). While his download speed of 358Mbps was stellar, his 551ms (over half a sec) download latency was most likely killing his sim experience with stutters. You might want to check yours.
