I also noticed severe stuttering after this last update. I notice it happens when I am within few miles of international airport. The airport is Newcastle Int UK, couple of years back I added the airport add-on to be more realistic and it worked fine, then in Dec I bought new laptop RTX3080 i9 and 32GB ram installed my Steam MSFS and everytime I approach this airport the FPS drops from 45 to 15. Flying outside this area is fine. I will try rolling cache and photo realistic options and Try another Int airport that I have not updated
