It’s not your rig it’s the planet being streamed to you. They should stop adding scenery and fix the issue with the “Bing Ball” they call earth. It’s also not internet connection on my end. I have gig up and down. No this is definitely on Microsoft’s end. If your same rig can get great fps over the same spot and then other days it’s laggy/micro shutter, that’s the server side.
It seriously breaks immersion and after over 2 years they SHOULD HAVE figured it out by now
