stutters, greezings between Covington, Conyers, Atlanta.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
I were flying from Catania Fontanarossa Airport to KDFW Dallas Fort Worth Airport with Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental at FL390 cruise altitude.
As i were passing by Covington, Conyers, Atlanta, when seeing landscape at external view camera, when panning, game stuttered and momentarily froozen, fortunately without crashing to desktop.
PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:
No PC but Xbox Series X version
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
1.30.12.0
