If you can, don’t use FG. this choking in the camera transitions is on him. You can use DLSS+Quality and select low latency in the MSFS menu which will help a lot in performance. You can also use DLLS+DLAA which will make the sim even clearer but it will cost few FPS or even for the native TAA.

One very important thing to note is that both HAGS and Game Mode must be Off. just then all this stuttering goes away… I have a 4070ti and I went through the same thing. But as mentioned above. needs to be the right MOBO driver as well as the processor chipset.
