You will always get some sort of stutters if you are maxxing out your system. If you can reach 80 (which is nice but a bit of a resource waste) why don’t you cap your frames in the NV control panel to 60? This with give your system some breathing space. 60fps is more than enough for a flight sim. It’s what I do - I have a 4070ti
