Brief description of the issue:
Installer stuck at various packages. Attempting different approaches to resolve to no avail. Since I have installed MSFS back in 2020 I had no significant issues installing and updating until SU12. With SU12 MSFS is no longaer accessible. Unable to pass through the update process. Ended up wiping MSFS completely and did a fresh install - same issue.

Starting MSFS installer. Stuck at decompressing packages (various)
PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:
W11 (updated), Intel I9 12900KF, MB ASUS Strix Z690-F, DDR5 32GB (auto and XMPII profiles tested - same issue with decompressing, mem test OK), ASUS TUV RTX4090 (nvidia driver 531.41), Samsung 980PRO M2 1TB (System), Samsung 950PRO SSD 1TB (MSFS) (latest firmware installed) ,
