ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
On several occasions with SU2 Beta (both v11 and v12) the game has frozen rather then CTD. This has happened during a free flight a number of times but has also happened after a successfully ending a flight at the point shortly after returning to the world map view a few times now. I do not see a corresponding event in the Application event log to point to.
The last time this happened earlier today I had completed flying around the KLAX area for about 45 minutes, landed, and ended the flight. The world map reappeared, I saw the DEV mode FPS display initially changing as expected (FPS ramping up in the menu vs what I see during flight) and then it froze.
