that is ludacris. and I am very happy for you. germany sucks regarding digitality.
Iām curious if any aspects of the flight model and/or ground handling have changed/been improved here? Iāve never really been able to have āniceā takeoffs or landings in pretty much any tail dragger. The rudder (saitek pedals) inputs have always been super jerky, no matter the sensitivity/curve settings. Now I can fly the draco, flying iron spitfire, etc. reasonably well with no changes to settings. Iām not saying it feels assisted in any way, just way more reasonable results from the same control inputs. Rudder in air feels a little more reasonable also?
A310 fixes when?
However, we are still waiting for them to fix:
the visible undercarriage (LOD) of air traffic,
daytime running lights of aircraft
visible maritime traffic and road traffic (LOD)⦠letās hope they arrive soon
How do we remove the pesky tooltips from the toolbar?
I mean they already have symbols telling you what each one is. Why do we need some ugly text telling us again.
Internet Speed is not a issue. Do not throw away money.
In Dev Mode , Display FPS, there is a box with Internet DOwnload speed, and when it is active it last only few seconds.
The far away scenery is very bad, and it stays like that for the entire time.
This problem with poor Graphics quality began in SU5, they definivtly were twicking around.
Not only in FS 2024, but also people from FS 2020 SU16 are complaining very much about th degradation in Graphics. SO, no Internet issue at all.
Thank you very much for the clarification.
Yes, whenever I have the Developer Mode FPS counter open, I always keep an eye on the actual download throughput, and sure enough, itās rarely consistently high. Still, thanks for pointing that out.
So itās more of a server-side or streaming architecture issue?
Itās a bit of a shame because every mountain visible from the apron is extremely blurry, even with very high TLOD settings, and it tends to stay that way. I could absolutely live with some kind of ābest guessā texture that roughly matches the terrain profile of the tile thatās being rendered, just so the overall impression of the distant horizon remains convincing until the higher-resolution data has streamed in.
Maybe thatās simply not technically feasible.
The encouraging part, though, is that weāre all seeing more or less the same behavior. That suggests itās a systemic issue rather than something specific to individual setups, so hopefully the developers will be able to improve it over time.
Have a native autopilot yet for helicopters been implemented?
No, I do not think it has to do with Streaming.
There are people in 2020 SU16 also complaning about Graphics degradation.
What it seems to me ( probably I am totaly wrong) they have reduced all the Screen Resolution. Let“s say sometihing like this, from 1920x1080 to 1600x900. Pure my imgination, but end effect looks like that.
I have noticed the ground glitches with sim update beta 6 around KBOI, now this is what the vertical Sims therefore scenery I will try it out without the scenery and see if it still happens
Itās a $100 per month for 1GB fiber optic here in California
100 Mb is enough.
That depends. Enough doing 90 to 100 knots in a Cessna 152 at a rather low altitude.
Still nothing to improve the state of the clouds in the sim?
The competition has done way more on the clouds and atmosphere. This sim has so much potential⦠![]()
And what is with those ugly high altitude ācloudsā? They look like transparent pipes more than cloudsā¦
Yet another āproblemā I donāt recall anyone asking for a solution to.
Meanwhileā¦
Hi folks,
Another reminder that if you are using this thread to share negative feedback about any issues you are encountering in the SU6 beta, please be sure to include all the information listed in this post so we can properly attempt to reproduce your issue.
Thanks,
MSFS Team
ufff ⦠that seems very expensive.
with the prices being that wildly varied across many āwesternā countries. I suppose itĀ“s about whether the ISP has a lot of competition or non / a quasi-monopoly?
