I have a hard time understanding why so many things are always delayed by a fixed amount.
ie 2 weeks to get an update to the Ms-Store,
Its not as if the process of approving a given product takes 2 weeks – ie 80 hours of work.
I can understand being behind, but not continually by a fixed amount.
Either you should be able to catch up, or worse, be slipping further behind, but not always with a fixed backlog – UNLESS, you are accepting that running with a fixed backlog is how you intentionally want to run.
Adding more staff, to catch up is fine, but then, by definition, once caught up, you have excess staff.
