The latest Dev upupdate was on 7th October, and that just said TBA, though under the date of Thursday 21st Oct.
Normally it would be on the Tuesday before the Thursday it is listed under (normal Asobo logic), so yes it is possible it would be out on Tuesday, but don’t rely on it. They are planning so many minor fixes, and with the beta responses probably piling up, I wouldn’t be surprised to see another delay.
