Sudden internet connection loss

I have recently had the problem that I often receive the message that the bandwidth is not sufficient or that the internet connection has been interrupted. Until recently, I never had such a problem, and I have a fibre-optic connection with a 1 gbit up/download. The internet connection is stable, even at the time of the FS message. Is this a common problem and is there a solution?

I have not changed anything in the setup of the FS2020 or on my PC and am very puzzled.
