Hmmm… not good. 
First time I double click the icon… nothing happens.
Reboot PC, double click the icon… just hangs on black screen.
End Task, double click again. Same… it won’t start at all now.
This is with no mods. Same as what I wrote a moment ago sometimes I get the black screen. Usually second time it works.
No Errors in Event Viewer (just “info” things).
Third time… hangs again within 10 seconds.
