Suggestion for your business in career: buy as much Cj4 as you can

This is pure business speculation…

Due to increase price planned of when the SU Beta 2 will end I might suggest to do a little investements in the Cj4 since its price will tremendously increase in future…

Why are you suggesting that for CJ4? Don’t you think the prices of everything will increase? Look at the 737, the broken one in 2nd hand is now nearly as much as the new one.

But if you already got them…looks to me a good deal

I also have a 737, don’t think they are gonna remove it from my fleet

This is what i’m doing. Got 2 in 4 days where I can only fly a few hours a week. For me quite something. Flew one of them almost in to the alps on decent as requested by ATC.

Where does it say there going to increase the prices and if they do will the re sale value actually go up ?

Oh I ain’t in the beta. How much more are they and how much can you sell one for ? Might sell the 737 max I’ve just bought as I’ve no idea how to use it :rofl::rofl: and my tcu throttles don’t work very well with it either

Not sure what they are selling for, but a few days ago somebody posted a table on Reddit of the purchase price for every aircraft in the SU1 public build and the SU2 beta. The CJ4 was the largest change, going from like $7m to $33m. One could speculate that the sale price in SU2 will be greater than the purchase price in SU1.

I bought about 10 of them the other day. I need to log back in and buy some more :joy:

Are these inflated prices just for Beta2 because they give free billion’s of credits? What assurance do we have that the inflated prices will remain high after Beta 2 ends?

No insurance! It’s a bet…at the end, you are just buying planes…one way or another you’ll have them

Likely scaling it to match the the increased job payouts. Base pay for VIP Charter flights for me in the PC-24 typically range in the $1.5-3m range, which I end up netting over $5m a flight without any skips.

The CJ4 missions I have seen have base pay around $6m plus. Haven’t flown one of those yet as I don’t particularly like flying that aircraft, but one could assume a net payout of around $12m+ if you complete the flight without skips. Aircraft would pay for itself with 3 of those flights.

In Career there is a mangement component and it is normal to speculate, to anticipate market in management strategy. I enjoy career also for this side.

Wouldn’t be a bad gamble if you could sell your aircraft to what you pay but me I’ll just cripple my self it’s took me 70 hours to get the 737 max and I’m scared to even try for that and think about going back to cj4 as over the longer flights your probably no better off doing 3 separate flights v 1 max flight

The ROI of 737 is amazing…I am only flying it since I bought it
