From test so far one thing I have found interesting is that when the render scales are turned down enough to see over head for both CPU and GPU I see the following CPU and GPU utilization reductions when turning the following graphics features UP:
Anisotropic Filtering: OFF > 16X = -2% CPU and -2% GPU utilization
Texture Supersampling: OFF > 8X8 = -3% GPU utilization
Glass Cockpit Refresh Rate: LOW > HIGH = -6% GPU utilization
Windows Mixed Reality Display Settings:
Automatic Upscaling > Native (best quality) = -1%CPU and -2% GPU utilization
