It’d be great to get this in!
It’s “under investigation”.
Native support! Every other solutions are meaningless.
Is the Investigation over ? We need Tobii in MSFS not 2 years from now but ASAP. thanks.
[MSFS2020 Tobii Eye Tracker 5 Taxi Demo Using FaceTrackNoIR - YouTube]
Taxi !!
If this is legit, then (total speculation here btw), then we’re close to getting this in the sim
this video is abit better, MSFS2020 EGGC Approach Tobii Eye Tracker - YouTube
just focussed on camera work, not the landing so much heh
Tobii does work as per the videos but the issue I found was the smoothness and the reactivity. You can have it smooth but laggy or quick reacting but jittery. It doesn’t have the same smooth and reactive feel of Track IR. This is why it needs native Tobii support or at the very least, a dedicated plug in for the likes of FaceTrackNoIR or Opentrack.
What sorcery is being used to get eyetracking to work in those videos? The only way I know to get Tobii to work is with FaceTrackNoIR, and that doesn’t support eyetracking, just headtracking.
Hot from the Q&A livestream; Tobii support in the pipe for after the XBox release
Eagerly awaiting native support od Tobii Eye Tracking in MSFS2020. Come on ASOBO!
Regards from Germany and Spain
Even though we made it on the list, it’s good if people keep voting, a good Eyetracker implementation would make a lot of people happy, since it’s a more useful and less intrusive device than TrackIR, more people would be inclined to buy it! I use mine all the time for Windows Hello functionalities
100% would like to see this implemented!
Yep, I vote for Tobii Eye Tracker support as well
I Badger Vote For Tobii Support!
Just got my Tobii Eye Tracker 5 today. Looking forward to using it with MSFS 2020 when they implement support for it.
Yeah me too
It’s an incredible device.
