My installation is on a 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD and runs fine. I understand that certain files are kept on default C: drive but I ask if the following folders which are empty can be removed from my D: drive?
DeliveryOptimisation, owner, Program Files, WindowsApps. Thank you Cheers Dan
I also switched FS2020 from my C: drive, which is an SSD that runs Windows 10 to a separate F: drive 2 TB M.2 NvMe SSD, and kept my D: drive which is an SATA, and deleted everything on it for storage that doesn’t depend on as much speed as the SSD does. I still have a few minor folders on the C: drive that don’t present a problem. If the files on your D: drive are not mission critical to FS2020, I would just keep them on there if they don’t take up a lot of memory, rather than take a chance.
