Switching from Game Pass version to MS Store version

Hi,

I was testing MSFS 24 with gamepass but decided to cancel the subscription and buy the game via MS Store. Question is - can I just continue starting up the game as before as all files are already there or would I need a reinstall? What about career status?

If its anything like xbox then it wont need a reinstall, it will just do a check when you launch the game to see if you own it or have gamepass & run like normal

I think as long as you use the same account it will be okay and no need for reinstall, should find it on it’s own
